NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant has also taken a tweet regarding this, stating that 100 million users have been added to the Aarogya Setu app so far.

The government created this app to monitor corona virus infected patients and to keep healthy people aware of them. Through this app, users can also know the number of corona infected people around them. The government says that through this app, infection of coronavirus can be prevented from spreading.

The government said through the Twitter handle of the app, “We are constantly checking and upgrading our system. Team Arogya Setu assures everyone that no data or security breach case has been found. ” The tweet gave a point-by-point explanation of the issues raised by the hacker.

7.5 million users downloaded by the end of April:

According to the Ministry of Electrics and IT, Aarogya Setu Mobile was downloaded by 7.5 million users by the end of April. At the same time, this app has helped people a lot. Also, this mobile app has emerged as an important weapon in the fight against Corona.

IVRS service launched for feature phone users:

The Union Health Ministry recently launched the Aarogya Setu IVRS service for feature phones and landline users. Under this service, feature phone and landline users can get the latest information related to the virus by giving a missed call to the 1921 toll-free number. At the same time, the government says that it will be easier to track the infected with this service. Apart from this, feature phone users will get information related to the virus through an SMS.

Aarogya Setu IVRS service supports regional languages:

Aarogya Setu IVRS service supports 11 regional languages. On the other hand, information related to corona virus will be given to feature phone and landline users through alerts.
